Total Commander Ultima Prime je sbírka programů a uživatelských nastavení sesbíraných do jednoho instalačního balíčku, který slouží jako rozšíření základního programu Total Commander (souborový manažer). Náš projekt je odlišný od oficiální distribuce, vytvořené Christianem Ghislerem (www.totalcmd.com). Pokud chcete vidět nebo rovnou zkusit naše řešení, můžete si ho stáhnout z našich serverů a následně i o něm pohovořit na našem diskusním fóru. Naše úpravy jsou poskytovány jako freeware, tak jak jsou, ale prosím zapamatujte si, že Total Commander, sám o sobě je distibuovaný jako shareware. Prosím, mějte na paměti, že licence ostatních integrovaných aplikací se mohou lišit a nemusí být vhodné pro komerční účely. Podrobný popis programů můžete nalézt na již zmiňovaném diskusním fóru.

Nová verze - TC UP 5.2

After 3 months we are back with new version. In this release we have focused on improving installer code. All pages of installer and uninstaller were rewritten. This release brings finally finished uninstaller repair mode (available directly through uninstaller or TC UP menu option "Repair"). Installer code has been optimized and interface has new graphics. Installer related plugins (EmbeddedLists.dll v1.4.0.2, LockedList.dll v2.0) have been updated and licenses files have been arranged (moved credits and translators information there). We are still working on better support for Windows 7.

TC UP Turbo (actualisation checker, repair mode interface) has gained new information window layout. Thanks to general code optimalisation it should also be faster. We have also
focused on Windows 7 related features: we designed new drive bar and added installer auto-pin option of TC UP icon in Taskbar and Start Menu (also available for other programstools).
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the latest works only for English, Polish and German operating system versions. We will try to address other languages in
next versions.

Main TC UP project is now better maintained and fixed few other issues: Installer doeasn't modify %PATH% system variable anymore, we fixed %DISK_PERCENT_USED_SPACE% and %DISK_PERCENT_FREE_AVAILABLE% tags handling (needed for displaying disk informations on Total Commander titlebar), we also fixed hanged TC UP.exe process (fore "Run only one instance"
option). ColSel tool works correctly now and uses default installation language. Temporary, we have decided to remove Winamp support from TC taskbar information.

Opera@USB Internet browser can also be set as default web browser. VirtualDisk plugin and its driver have been updated.

Nová verze - TC UP 5.1

After a long break we are back with new and refreshed version of Total Commander Ultima Prime project.

Its newest release brings the feature of displaying system information in Total Commander title bar (such as: CPU overload, free RAM availability or details of songs played in AIMP) and the possibility of searching for project updates using automatic updates module (users will be notified if new version has been found).

We have also fixed few installer bugs and provided new way of writing environmental variables for it. Thanks to that, it solves problems with computers which have system paths length longer that 1024 characters.

Most of the plugins and applications have been updated to the newest versions (AIMP 2.61.560, Miranda IM 0.9.0 alpha build #8 Unicode, Notepad++ 5.6.8 Unicode, Opera@USB 10.53, Recuva 1.37.488, System Info for Windows 2010 build 0310, System Explorer 2.2.1.3055, The KMPlayer 2.9.4.1436, Total Commander 7.55rc2, Universal Extractor 1.6.1, Unlocker 1.8.9, uTorrent 2.0.2, VirtualDub 1.9.9 build 32817, XnView 1.97.4).

Work on our alternative project (ultimagsm.com) continues. As we are trying our best to give it the most of our focus, our time spent on supporting TC UP is very limited. We count on our users who would like to volunteer for this new challenge. So if you know something about Joomla and would like to join us - welcome.

Nová verze - TC UP 5.0

Newest TC UP version brings out rewritten Installer code and few fixed in TC UP New tool. Our menus has been rebuilt too. ColSel program has been moved to Tools menu. We removed SEO Note, Docx2rtf and FileAlyzer programs from TC UP but we've added excellent open source vector graphics editor, called Inkscape, in their stead. Thank to that step our project contains almost all types of application we've always wanted to have. As usual, included software (AIMP 2.60.528, Notepad++ 5.6.4 Unicode, Opera@USB 10.10, Recuva 1.34.460, Sumatra PDF 1.0.1, System Explorer 2.0.4.2492, System Info for Windows 2009-10-22, uTorrent 1.8.5, VirtualDub 1.9.8, XnView 1.97) and some plugins have been updated to the newest versions.

Po dlouhé přestávce představujeme novou verzi projektu - Total Commander Ultima Prime 4.9.
Total Commander a mnoho aplikací (AIMP 2.60 RC 1 sestavení 499, InfraRecorder 0.50, Miranda 0.8.7 Unicode, Notepad++ 5.5 Unicode, Opera@USB 10.00, Recuva 1.30.435, System Info for Windows 2009-09-09a, SumatraPDF 0.9.4, The KMPlayer 2.9.4.1435, Total Commander 7.50a, uTorrent 1.8.4, VirtualDub 1.9.6, XnView 1.96.2) bylo aktualizováno na nejnovější verze. V této verzi jsou zahrnuty aktualizované doplňky a byla přidána alternativní nabídka od damat. Chyby nalezené v TC UP byly opraveny, ale jakákoliv další snaha oznámit nové problémy je vítána. Naše fórum je otevřené ke všem novým problémům s TC UP, které chcete vyřešit před uvolněním verze 5.0.

Aktuálně pracujeme na novém projektu (ULTIMAGSM.com). Záměrem je vytvořit vícejazyčné internetové stránky s informacemi o mobilních zařízení ve stylu Wikipedie, do které může přispívat úplně každý. Z tohoto důvodu hledáme někoho, kdo velmi dobře ovládá systém pro správu obsahu Joomla (nebo jiný vhodný CMS). Máte-li zájem, kontaktujte nás e-mailem.


Nová verze - TC UP 4.8

After a longer absence period, current Total Commander Ultima Prime edition brings out many long awaited changes. In general, it is based on the newest Total commander 7.5 public beta 6 version which adds not only full Unicode characters handling, but also many other improvements: quick files names filter, breadcrumb bar, better FTP passwords encryption, button bar menus or built in internal associations system. TC UP installer has been extended with option to turn on autoplay function for opening the files from various external discs in applications best suited for such purpose (AIMP for audio files, The KMPlayer for video files and DVDs, XnView for images and InfraRecorder for blank CD/DVD which shows them in ready to write state right away). "Repair" option has been added to main menu for quick project repair or parameters change. Many other components has been fixed for better work with TC 7.5. We have also added special library for extending quick filter with additional features, which include regular expressions matching, Google-like searching or names similarity check.

Lot of plugins and applications has been updated to the newest versions (AIMP 2.60 Beta 2 Build 482, Angel Writer 3.2, Ant Movie Catalog 3.5.1.2, FileAlyzer 1.6.0.4, Free Download Manager 3.0 build 848, HxD 1.7.7.0, HFS V2.2F, InfraRecorder 0.47, Miranda 0.8.1 Unicode, Notepad++ 5.4.3 Unicode, Opera@USB 9.64, Recuva 1.27.419, System Info for Windows 2009-05-12, TightVNC 1.3.10, uTorrent 1.8.3, VirtualDub 1.9.2, Wavosaur 1.0.5.0, WinContig 0.90, WinMerge 2.12.4.0 Unicode, XnView 1.96.1).

Following our users' requests, we've decided to include WinCE filesystem plugin for handling of mobile devices based on Windows CE platform. Its installation is possible only on systems where required ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Center environment is already installed.
