I believe I found the problem. NOD scans it after download and since it (thinks it) finds a virus in archive, it doesn't permit download.
This is part of error message: Win32/PSWTool.SnadBoy.2011 application Connection terminated
As I said, I'll try on another computer and post here results.

Well, it's right. Not a virus, but password revealer (PSWTool) though.

I'm glad you figured it out! Just turn your NOD off when you dowloading TC. No need to use another computer.
