I can't download TC UP 2.8.
I guess the problem is in the mirror server.
By the way, ULTIMA, why don't you publish TC UP on different mirrorS, in the USA, in Western Europe, in Central Europe, in Asia...?

Can't you ask someone else, it takes long to get Sinvar working as far as I know...
