Hello, please as I can make visible the traditional menu of letters "File, Select, Commands, Red etc, I have only the icons, and secondly when I open the TCUP a bug where I get the message indicating the error line 1 occurs and it has to do with the language is Spanish, I ask your help, greetings

Save this 2 files in ANSI: WCMD_ESP.LNG and WCMD_ESP.MNU
TC UP > c:\Program Files\TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_ESP.LNG > F4 (key) > [Open in Notepad++] > Encoding > Encode in ANSI > File > Save
TC UP > c:\Program Files\TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_ESP.MNU > F4 (key) > [Open in Notepad++] > Encoding > Encode in ANSI > File > Save
