dunno if its just me or its some kind of bug, but none of my plugins work after instalation. everytime i press f3 to view some document or something im getting the open file shell for tc.

Open File shell for TC is an application for managing associations between files and software via F3/F4 keys. Associated application is always loaded by default (i.e. F3 on PNG file will open its preview in XnView; F4 will start associated editor - Artweaver).
If you can see OFTC, it means that you have chosen a file which type is not yet assigned, and you have a chance to choose proper application for handling it in the future.
