Alternative paint program - Abyss - 10-23-2008

In future releases consider Paint.net.

A very versatile image and pohto editing software.

As the name suggests, Paint.NET uses .NET and therefore it's not a viable option.
And there is Artweaver already, is there something about it that you dislike?

I can say, what I dislike =)

Art Weaver is a bad copy of Photoshop. A lot of simple but yet very cool features in hotkeys and tools are missing (like double click to open, autosize for copied images, alt as zoom modifier and etc.). Whole concept of brushes is strange for me, layers without links and masks have very poor functionality. Many other things can be mentioned but it's free program, nothing to cry about =)

Thank you for your feedback, it's always good to know what users think about our pack or it's parts.

You are welcome =)

By the way: I have tried Paint.NET. IMHO there's no real reason to add it inside.

...and that's the reason why it (and any application which requires additional environment to work) will be not added to TC UP.
