Usenet program - R0yk3 - 11-10-2008 Hello, i'm a new user of TCUP and so far i love it. I use it at home an via USB at work. Question, or suggestion. A usenet program? Now i use alt-binz 0.25 a freeware pragram light and portable. Can you give it a look to integrate it. Kind regards Roy RE: Usenet program - fenixproductions - 11-10-2008 My proposals: - Xnews - http://xnews.newsguy.com/ - 40tude Dialog - http://40tude.com/dialog/features.htm - MesNews - http://www.mesnews.net/gb/ All freeware and can be portable. BTW Doesn't siMail support NNTP? RE: Usenet program - ULTIMA PRIME - 11-11-2008 I am sorry but using binary news groups doesn't seem to be so popular these days. I don't really think that a lot of people will be happy with additional tool they will never use. Sadly, I disagree with you in this one. maybe it is the other way around but in the binary news group scene TCUP is super populair. Can you imagine how more populair if a a program like alt-binz is included. Everything in one program!! download, unpar, unrar and Burn ![]() Now I keep it in my startmenu, and have the download dir as a tab. Works also for me ![]() keep up the good work.
