Hi,

I got a problem in TCUP 4.8.

When I try to create a new folder, after hit F7, create new folder dialog popups, like snap1.
[attachment=242]
After I enter folder name and press enter, suppose the new folder should be createed, but another dialog popups, like snap 2.
[attachment=243]
The new dialog is total commander create new folder dialog. I need re-enter the folder name, press enter, then the new folder created. TCUP create new folder will lost response and I have to force it closed.

This problem did not happened in old TCUP version such as 4.7, 4.6 etc.

please help to resolve this problem.

And, being a temporary solution, please let me know how to disable TCUP create folder dialog, use total commander's directly.

Thanks very much for your help in advance.

Please, backup your TC UP and make new installation (not update) to see if it's fixed.

Thanks very much for your advise.

I'd try to install/uninstall/reinstall/overwrite in my desktop and laptop systems. The OS is vista Ultimate (Retail version and OEM version) and they got same problem. previous version works well.

This happens occasionally to me, too.

I realized, that this occurs, when I have the shift-key pressed, while I click on "OK" or while I press "Enter".

If I do not have Shift pressed, it works like a charm. (I do have other issues and errors and reported them already to the author)
