digital cameras are common devices nowadays, may be interesting for some people to add this plugin on TC UP

I prepared file system plugin that adds support of PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol) enabled digital cameras.
Canon Camera Plugin to work with file system of CF-cards of Canon cameras in Total Commander.
