I been using this nifty little program for a bit. I love it. Opens all archive types and unlike universal unpacker, it allows you to see what is in the archive before you unpack it. It is called IZArc and totally free with portable version available.

IZArc is nice archiver but there is no need for trying to distribute it with our project.
TC UP is good enough with packer plugins and there is always Universal Extractor. I understand that ability to see what is inside an archive (before unpacking) is nice but it can't be integrated with TC when using external tool (at least: not without multipacker).
I don't really think there is bigger need for more archiving tools for now.
