VLC,
Jet Audio,
Power DVD 8.0,
Sonic Player.

Audio: Winamp (skin Big Bento rules
)Video: BestPlayer (because I cannot make SubEdit work in Vista... but SubEdit is the best in my opinion), Media Player Classic (for files I cannot open standard player)

best player there is for playing videos IMHO
