FTP SSL\TSL support

Dear All

I would like to remind you that FTP with SSl\TSL does not work "out of the box". As you know, you have to add two DLL files from openSSL package to enable SSl\TSL support:

• libeay32.dll
  
• libssl32.dll
  

Therefore, I propose to add the abovementioned files in next TCUP release.

Fresh installation of TCUP 6.8 gives me the following:


After adding SSL libs FTP works fine with SSL. So, please add the following files in TCUP:
