Yep, you can. But well integration requires quite a lot of work. I suggest an easy trick that you may not like. Delete all files in Plugins\Media\OperaUSB. Copy FFP there and rename FireFoxPortable.exe to OperaUSB.exe

Put FireFoxPortable folder on the same dir as OperaUSB and...

Browse for the same as above.

3. Browse for:

Find:

6. Browse for:

<TC UP path>\LANGUAGE\WCMD_<your language>.MNU

e.g.

D:\TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_POL.MNU

Find each line with "em_set_opera" and replace with em_set_firefox.
There should be other em_set_XXX values correlated to Opera but I hope you will find a way to replace them

That is all.
P.S. I can prepare FireFoxPortable settings sets if you want to but you should tell me what languages would you like to have (I know Polish / English only).

I support the idea of a Firefox includer/installer: it should be a self-extracting winrar package, should extract to temp directory, and then copy firefox to TC UP dir and modify everything as necessary.
Changing languages would be hard in firefox...
Can you create this stuff alone, fenix? Or you need my work?

It should work as a charm (WinRAR SFX, 6.2MB):

Just download, double-click and choose TC UP path. It will place FirefoxPortable and all necessary files in proper folders. You can delete Opera@USB folder too.

Warning! It will replace all Opera related menu's options and buttons. If you have your own bars, please back up them!
