Reproducable crashes with GSALister

Hi there,

I get regular crashes when opening files with the GSA Lister plugin.

Those files are log files, which are in usage with another program... But the files can be accessed for read operations.

Sometimes only the lister crashes... sometimes it takes the whole TC UP with it

I experience that problem since TC UP V3.1

I must have a way to read the log files while they are "actively" used by the logging application... current work around is: I open them in notepad++ or ultraedit... but since I only want to "view", I'd prefer to open them in a viewer

fenix, that's not the reason for the crash

GSALister seem to try to get full access to the file, but this is denied... so it crashes


The LogTail is really a good idea, but it does not help to stop GSALister from crashing
