Function not implemented! em_set_tcupnew

When i press F7, i receive message:

Function not implemented!
em_set_tcupnew

How can i fix that problem?
(I still use button [F7 NewFolder] but i want use key F7 )

Which language are you using?

For English:

open "TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_ENG.ini" file and check is there written:

[em_set_tcupnew]
Cmd=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\Tools\TCUPNew\TCUPNew.exe
Param="%P" %N

I don't see the reason other than you unchecked TC UP New application during installation time..

i still can't fix this problem! I used TCUP 4.3 without any problem. when i install new version (4.4) i have this problem.

I use English.

But have 2 English. One is English and other is English (WCMD_ENG.LNG). All is good when i choose English (WCMD_ENG.LNG). thk man
