Hi guys, thanks for delivering a world-class product.

In the installer for version 4.5 at the Actualisation stage, mouse scrolling does not work and there are no vertical scroll bars - you must use up/down arrows. The scroll bars and mouse scroll first functions when you open an item.

Yes, we know about this bug. The problem is in one of NSIS installer plugins. Currently it is working a little bit strange (you have to click on item to extend the tree and scrollbar will appear) but we'll try to fix it.
