Show Seconds

Is it possible to set somewhere to display the date and time format including seconds (Y-M-D h-m-s) in the whole TC?
Currently it is without seconds.

...but You can use plugins to display seconds in date and time format

TC UP > Menu > Configuration > Custom Columns > (Size) > Edit > Example: [=tc.creationdate.Y-M-D h-m-s] or [=tc.writedate.M/D/Y h:m] or ...
