as replacement/addition of a good and free burning program, I recommend and suggest DeepBurner.
It's small, free, supports lots of formats and configurations and many languages.

There is now a commercial version of deepburner, which supports a couple more features... but they are not really necessary (at least, if you have another bur-prog installed)
