two more things:
1. bugReport TCUP 3.9 Installer crashed when it was lanched from 3.8. Launch from Explorer worked fine.
2. request there's a plugin for working with Windows Mobile devices. I'm using wincefs.wfx to work with my Qtek s100 and it's pretty stable. Though sometimes it doesn't allow me to copy files (have no idea why). In this case I use Explorer and everything is fine. Probably, you could add this functionality to the Project.
