Over write TC?

I cannot seem to find a central location for the TCUP settings and associations. Are this somewhere I am just not seeing or are they just spread out all over the place?

TC related settings are stored in wincmd.ini.

F3 and F4 keys settings are stored in "F3.ini" and "F4.ini" under:
<TCUP dir>\PLUGINS\TOOLS\OpenFileTC

Files associations (i.e. for double click) are stored in system's Registry.

Other settings can be changed using TC UP Integrator tool.

I am trying to figure out the color code system for the files and all. How do I find that out and change the colors to my liking and soforth?

Go to:
Configuration -> Color

Here you can press "Define color by file types" button. Use F1 (help) if you have problems in this place.

And lastly, I had at one point a button icon pack I had used in TC and was curious if it would be easy to apply that to TCUP? Thanks for the answers and input!
