Currently the only GOOD solution (You can always try to change buttons size by right clicking on empty bar's area, choosing "Change" option and playing with options in "Appearance" group) is to add spaces between buttons by yourself (and share your BAR files between computers), but we are working about better solution for higher resolutions. Probably it will be automized in future release.
