Ok, if I understood you right you wanted me to go back to the original "filter.wlx" and see if adding the line X_detect="ext="PDF"" to wincmd.ini will solve the issue? It did not. TC still stops responding and Windows is asking to close the program.
But you know it's working fine with "filter.wlx" from TCUP 4.1 or you guys just trying to figure out how to fix this bug without having to change the files? Well, I'm ready to experiment some more
BTW, this filter.wlx file can not be deleted while TC is open and running. It's like it's always being in use by the program.
