right click menu (context menu)

UP to the Explorer mode selection (in Configuration menu)? I'm new with the TC UP, so I still need some guides.

Configuration -> Operation -> "Mouse selection mode" group

BUT it is still strange that you've got no context menu.

And one more question: how can I force the TC UP to work in a single instance mode (no multiple instances allowed).

Configuration -> Operation ->"Main program" -> "Allow only 1 copy..."
