Win 7 vs TC UP

I've tried the folloving:

Start - Run -diskmgmt.msc
I've renamed the drive buttons:
G->W
H->X
I->Y
J->Z
So If I plug in a new USB, I get the drive button G, and then H... etc.

Next step:
in the wincmd.ini I've wrote to the end of the configuration part: HideRemovableNoMedia=1
Then restart TC UP.

It would hide the removable drives, which haven't mounted media.
But this command line doesn't work.
Any idea?
