Update to TC 8.51a issues

I think you can try following step.

1.Backup your TC UP, in case something wrong.
2.Unpacking INSTALL.CAB which file inside tcm851ax32_64.exe
3.Update or add files to TCUP.
4.testing function.

The following files need to be updated to TCUP:
TOTALCMD.EXE
TOTALCMD64.EXE
UNRAR.DLL
UNRAR64.DLL

The following files need to be added to TCUP:
TCUNIN64.WUL
TCUNINST.EXE
TCUNINST.WUL
WCUNINST.WUL

I´ve done that, and TCUP New (the TCUP F7 "new" external exe) stop working.
