Long way:
Put FireFoxPortable folder on the same dir as OperaUSB and...

1. Find:

Bowse for:

Change it to:

path13=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\Media\<firefox path>

2. Find:

Code:

<TC UP path>\DEFAULT02.bar

Browse for the same as above.

3. Browse for:

Code:

<TC UP path>\CONFIG\<your language>\<your language>\TCUPIntegrator.ini

and

Code:

<TC UP path>\PLUGINS\Tools\TCUPIntegrator\TCUPIntegrator.ini

Find:

name12=Opera@USB
path12=PLUGINS\Media\OperaUSB\operausb.exe

Change it to:

name12=FireFox Portable
path12=PLUGINS\Media\<firefox path>\FireFoxPortable.exe

4. Browse for:

<TC UP path>\PLUGINS\Tools\TCUPULTIMATE\TCUPULTIMATE.ini

Find:

name11=Opera@USB
path11=..\..\Media\OperaUSB\operausb.exe

Replace with:

name11=FirefoxPortable
path11=..\..\Media\<firefox folder>\FireFoxPortable.exe

5. Browse for:

Code:

<TC UP path>\LANGUAGE\WCMD_<your language>.ini

e.g.

D:\TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_CZE.ini

Add:

[em_set_firefox]
Cmd=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\Media\<firefox path>\FireFoxPortable.exe
Param=
path=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\Media\<firefox folder>

6. Browse for:

Code:

<TC UP path>\LANGUAGE\WCMD_<your language>.MNU

e.g.

Code:

D:\TC UP\LANGUAGE\WCMD_POL.MNU

Find each line with "em_set_opera" and replace with em_set_firefox.
There should be other em_set_XXX values correlated to Opera but I hope you will find a way to replace them

That is all.
P.S. I can prepare FireFoxPortable settings sets if you want to but you should tell me what languages would you like to have (I know Polish / English only).
