Yes, it will - we are still working on a new version, unfortunately we have to live on something so we cannot devote all our time to TC UP (Although we love to do it) - unfortunately, very few people support TC UP financially (2 people have done it since the last version) - so it is not enough to maintain the server on which the website is located.
