torrent polish default language

Hi there the solution proposed didn't work. Although I've managed to change the language by myself in the program. So it seems that the fix should be fixed

I know about this problem and I've made a fix. Just in case: you will find proper file in attachment.
Please, put it into: TC UP\PLUGINS\Media\uTorrent directory and write about results.

WARNING! Do it on utorrent's copy - I don't want you to loose some important data.
