Just look at wincmd.ini, it is a very big ini file and if I remember correctly there are only 2 different entries in different languages...
You're right, in this ini we can save only some kilobytes (and the program which does it takes much more...
) BUT this way we can't lose settings... users hate losing settings...
The full language changing would be possible this way BTW...
(it isn't so important though)
