Hi all!
I couldn't find ICQ in Miranda (Options->Network) in the TC UP 3.9. Bug or I'm too stupid?

Check your files under:
<TC UP DIRECTORY>\PLUGINS\Media\MirandaIM\Plugins

If there is ICQ.dll than go to Miranda:
1. options -> Plugins
2. enable icq.dll
3. restart Miranda
