I have downloaded lang.zip and i'm almost done with the Swedish translation but don't know what to do with it.

1. I'm not sure what exactly needs to be translated.
2. Someone would need to check it for errors.
3. What should i name the files to?
4. Where do i send the translations when it's finished?
