"Unable to write to ... F3.ini"

I get sometimes the error captured in the attached screenshot while trying to see a file content with F3.

Could be a bug?

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens. You may arise this exception if you press F3 faster than "1 push per 1 second". In this case OpenFileTC tries to write and read to this file at the same time.

In the future version (1.9) I'll try to minimize this mistake. Sorry for bug.
