I've installed TCUP 5.1 and my firewall asks me if I want to let TCUPTurbo.exe on internet. Do I? What does it do?

Yes

TC UP Turbo checks for updates, informs You when we release new version.

How can TCUPTurbo.exe be turned off?
Home it's ok to make this check, but on the other computer I don't want it to do that.
