Hi there,
I do not know, what's this thread about (as my Eastern European language speaking ability lacks a bit)...
In the next week I'll receive a new Laptop with Vista installed on it and because I still want to use Miranda, I would like to know, if there are any problems with Miranda and Vista (or what's this thread is concerning)
Could any one please give me a short summary of this thread in English/Dutch/German?

Actually the only thing in this thread about TCUP's Miranda+Vista is one bug, the rest - just more generic miranda talk.
The problem is that you don't get icons on the file list. To fix it, you have to replace the list module (clist_mw.dll in plugins directory) with either Modern Contact List Layered or Nicer+.

I have never used the clist_mw plugin, because it never fit to my requests... I use "CList Nicer+"

I don't want to say bad things about Miranda, though it has many bugs, I like it very much. BUT: I installed Windows Vista (hungarian edition), and Miranda did not start (there wasn't an icon for it on the notification area).

Zapraszam na stronę Miranda IM z preinstalowaną wersją Mirandy, działa napewno pod Windows XP i Vista.

Od TC UP 3.1 nie ma już problemu z uruchomieniem programu Miranda IM na systemie Windows Vista - wystarczy użyć nowej wtyczki do obsługi listy kontaktów "clist_modern.dll"

royhawk. Plik z Miranda na tej stronie jest uszkodzony. Wyskakuje blad podczas instalacji. Sciagalem go 10 razy roznymi przegladarkami w systemie vista.
