While using DarkCrypt plugin there is an option for force delete (see attached screenshot), so you can first crypt the file with force delete and then just delete *.xdc crypto container. I think this would be a sloution. Just imagine if someone extracted deleted *.xdc file - that is a big advantage because without password it is not possible to open the file.
Another solution is to make defragmentation (there is a tool in TC UP) and then use Recuva tool (from TC UP) just to look whether it is possible to recover any files.

Most easiest way would be integrate force delete function with crypt to button "delete files" which is placed close to button "preview" in next version of TCUP hmm?

Note:
Where did you hear the force delete term? Because what you mean is secure delete, force deletion applies to things undeletable normally.
