When you use the TC command line, it uses Windows shell and it can't be changed. Or maybe you mean smth else?
Ok, so what's the problem. You don't need to change your environment or shell. Bash may operate as a single exe file.
Please take a look at 'http://win-bash.sourceforge.net/'. It seems the only issue is to change cmd.exe with bash.exe. Isn't it?
The problem is that I don't know what do you mean. TC never calls cmd.exe unless you:
- Start it by yourself
- Execute TC's internal command cm_ShowConsole (or smth. like this)
- Start an executable with Shift+Enter
- Use a plugin that starts it
