Installing TCUP on non-administrator account

Thanks for reply. I'll have to manually extract and install it for every new version from now on.

Also, I noticed that there is problem with RAR extractor. It wouldn't read RAR files. When I copied rar plugin files from TC UP 2 and replaced original TC UP 2.8 files, everything started to work fine.
