I'm with TC UP for quite a long time, and I do have my own version of TC UP. The branch was started with 4.8 version, and I was merging my version and all new versions of TC UP quite successfully. But here's a problem that I have met with 5.3 version: I can't make information in title bar working. Everything meaning seems to be copied, but information is starting to show only if I run TC UP from ... TC UP:


I have started to dig in all the ini files but soon I have realized that there are just too manу of them CONFIG folder:


Can anyone tell me how these file are used?

Dlaczego w TCUP menu kontekstowe nie wyswietla tych samych elementow co w windowsowskim exploratorze? Czy mozna to jakos ustawic co ma byc wyswietlane?
Przyklad:
Zainstalowalem PowerISO i gdy chce zamatowac obraz w napedzie to w exploratorze wystarczy kliknac ppm i mam opcje w menu kontekstowym



Natomiast w TCUP obcji brak



Tak samo z innymi programami czy antywirusem co jest bardzo meczace bo jak chce przskanowac jakis plik czy folder to musze wszystko robic przez exploratora :/

Jakies sugestie?

when i use TC UP and creat a folder by F7, it may lose focus of the created folder,but the tc original one doed not.

I think it is problem of a plugin. So can anyone fix that?

I am using the latest release and I manual updated TC to 7.56. So there is problem:

when I start quick view panel using Ctrl+q then it would give me a msgbox"Search path not found!"
I have to change another folder not in the liberary and went back to original folder to use quick view panel...

PS: could any friends tell me which plugin makes TC support liberaries in win7?

Pressing F7 in the original program you can create multiple folders by typing: "Dir1 | Dir2 | Dir3"
The result of this would be:
+ Dir1
+ Dir2
+ Dir3
(3 folders are created in the same path in only one step.)
With "TUCP New" this is not possible. Can I fix it somehow?

I have installed TCUP 5.2 on my PC and copied its directory to another computer.
Now, I've installed TCUP 5.3 and copied its directory to another computer (and to folder named TCUP 5.3). After that I deleted folder TCUP 5.2.
And now I get an error message on startup which says that virtualdisk file cannot be found (computer is searching for it in TCUP 5.2 folder).

How can I make computer search for this plugin in new (TCUP 5.3) folder?
If I install the plugin again, will it change registry entry to make it right, or not?
The problem is I cannot run regedit on that other computer so I cannot delete registry entry that the plugin made when installed.

Hello to all!

I have discovered that TCUP new cannot create new folder on some favourite locations (by favourite I mean predefined locations like Desktop and such which you can access quickly by CTRL + D). For example, when I got to Desktop (by CTRL + D) and try to create new folder I get an error message: "Cannot create directory \\Desktop\jovo\2". I imagine the problem will occur on every 'relative' path like the above (starting with \\)
When I try to create directory by normal New folder command (by SHIFT + F7) I can do so without trouble.
I'm using TCUP 5.3.

Any ideas how to fix this, or it is a bug which can only be fixed on some other way?

1. В TC UP New 2.3 (203) возникла ошибка работы со счётчиком, не исправленная и в нескольких последующих версиях, включая последнюю 2.3 (226). Диалоговые настройки счётчика (исходная цифра отсчёта и число цифр) работают только в текущем сеансе, в INI-файле запоминаются, но при следующем запуске TC UP New обнуляются. При попытке записи иных значений в INI-файл вручную они при загрузке утилиты опять же обнуляются. Это серьёзно мешает работе, просьба довести до автора.
2. Имевший место ранее баг с созданием сразу нескольких вложенных каталогов сейчас исправлен. Но предполагается ли возможность создания и нескольких каталогов сразу на одном уровне, как в TC?
3. Можно ли организовать полноценную работу утилиты (включая открытие каталога сразу после его создания и формирование набора вложенных подкаталогов данного каталога согласно файлу-списку) без жёсткой её привязки к определёному местоположению в каталоге TC ([каталог TC]\Plugins\Tools\TCUPNew\)?
4. Есть ли вероятность выпуска утилиты отдельно от сборки как самостоятельного приложения (когда-то это было именно так)?
